healthy lifestyle?

ﺑﺴﻢﺎﻟﻠﻪﺎﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦﺎﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ
alhamdulillah, saye masih lg sihat walafiat mnjalani kehidupan yg sgt mencabar di sini sedangkan ramai sahabat2 saye yang menghidapi macam2 penyakit kronik.. semoge cepat sembuh biiznillah, insya Allah..

pagi tadi bermulenye lecture untuk module2:nutrition n metabolism.. and guess what, we learnt about healthy lifestyle..yeah, i like the topic.. the lcturer taught us much on the right food selection.. n i would like to share some notes that i managed to copy this morning..

health means the state of complete PHYSICAL, MENTAL & SOCIAL well being of an individual and not merely absence of disease.. yea, who in the world u think don't feel stressed or got headache in his entire life?no one ryte..

then , we were taught about obesity, diabetes mellitus n marasmus.. nauzubillahiminzalik


there are 2 types of obesity :apple n pear shape.. apple for men n pear for women.. and guess whut, when this picture appeared in the the slideshow, everyone in the hall laughed n i juz don't know why..i laughed too as it's funny i think by relating obesity to fruits.. haha

yeah, the best food is the fresh one.. n alhamdulillah, here in egypt, we can get fresh fruit n vegies easily as they are sold even at the roadside.. and i reli hope that they can help me reducing my body weight.. chaiyok2 amie :D

and now i retype the steps dat shud be taken 4 a healthy lifestyle :P

1) determine how many calories your body need! it's simple, we get obesity because we consume calories more than we burn.. so, kene la control makan tu..

2) don't fear fatty food.. haha, dun avoid fatty food completely as we do need fat in our body but just take it in the appropiate amount :)

3)carbohydrates are important! take complex carbo, not the simple carbo sbb the complex one will produce energy that is long-lasting..

4)eat larger meal in the morning n do not SKIP breakfast! the fact is the person who skips breakfast tends to get ebesity than another person to take breakfast consistently.. eat larger meal for a longer energy supply..

5)make eating FUN! yeah, please enjoy your food eventho mende alah tu x sedap sdgkan sgt berkhasiat untuk kte ( p/s for me: pls enjoy the tomatoes n onions althou u hate them :P)

6)buy non-fat or feduced-fat foods.. haha,, kat sini mane nak carik roti yg xde mayonis? belambak2 fat dlm daily meal kat sini! arh, it means that kene masak sendri la tiap2 ari kalo nak kurus :)

7)avoid excess intake of alcohol n caffeine.. ho3, beware guys.. coca cola n pepsi contain caffeine! and guess wut, hena in egypt, nenek2 tue pun minum coke n makan berger.. hish, no wonder egypt dpt top 10 rank obesity in the world.. ya Allah, jauhkan amie dr obesity..amin~

8)lastly, give urself a CHEAT day.. it's the day when you can eat ur only favourite food but not all the food that u can't eat on the other days.. wat lepas kempunan tu ok la, xyah nak mkan tiap ari..hehe~

yeah~ rsenye mcm xnak beli je sume mende2 kat kdai tu.. nak beli chipsy pun kne pke byk kali sbb it contains too much salt n it leads to high blood prssure.. nak beli nutella pun tkut sbb hi in cholestrol.. nak makan batotis pun tkut sbb byk sgt carbo n calories.. haiya, cmne nak makan ni?
alek beli wholemeal bread je.. xpe la, nak krus punye psal..



pepsi diet? ye ye je? nasik mesir byk kanji!!


kfc? no3! fast food tu...



ho3.. ni ni hi in calories! ade fries n fich fillet (modified one)


pizza? keju byk gile!! roti carb0ooo~


nasi beriyani? berminyak w0oo..

mak pun dah bsing when i said that i'm getting chubbier here.. ahhaa

haha.. seems like femli x bleh trime if my weight increases.. haha.. sdg bercdang untuk mbeli penimbg n ltk kat umah.. xpun rse nak puase je tem winter.. i juz cant accept than my weight is gonna increase suddenly in the winter.. hehe..

sje je post psal mnde ni.. ehehee.. smoge amie blaja dengan baek dan rajen..insya Allah
